It is not possible to transplant fallopian tubes. I think you might have heard of some work in Birmingham where they ‘re-bored’ fallopian tubes that were blocked just at the point where they emerged from the uterus. This avoided the necessity for IVF. If the lining of the fallopian tube is damaged it cannot be repaired and the only treatment is IVF.
