A premature menopause (before the age of 40) is not all that uncommon. The female members of some families all have their menopause at an early age so asking your mother or aunt about your family history might be helpful. It’s not usually something that people routinely talk about!
The hormone which is altered in women who are about to have an early menopause is the FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) but the values become higher not lower. The menopause means that you have run out of eggs, so there is nothing short of egg donation that would make any difference to your fertility if you are indeed about to have an early menopause.
