Whether the pregnancy is a normal intra-uterine one or an ectopic, you are likely to have some early symptoms of pregnancy e.g. nausea, frequency of passing urine, or tiredness, and some mild niggling discomfort may also occur. Abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding occurring between 4 and 9 weeks of pregnancy would suggest the possibility of another ectopic pregnancy.
